1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Typer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Typer is a daily typing challenge application that allows users to:

Complete daily typing challenges with curated quotes
Track typing speed (WPM) and accuracy
Compete on public leaderboards
Track daily streaks and achievements
Generate and share achievement images

3. User Accounts

You Must:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain security of your credentials
Notify us of any unauthorized access

You Must Not:

Use another user's account
Create fake accounts or bots
Share your account credentials
Use the service if under 13 years old

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Distribute viruses or malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Interfere with the Service's operation
Use automated systems (bots) to manipulate scores

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vallarasu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Daily Quotes: Quotes displayed in challenges are sourced from public domain or used under fair use. Attribution is provided to authors.

6. User Content

By submitting typing scores and achievements, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Display your scores on public leaderboards
Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics
Store your data to provide the Service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

Violates these Terms
Is fraudulent or abusive
May cause harm to other users
May expose us to legal liability

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
